Lil Twister Table Runner

The "Twister" ruler combines using either 5" or 10" squares together. Then you just recut the squares and put them back together.  For this project you use 20 5" charm squares and additional yardage for the borders.  For those over achievers for 16 squares more you can also make matching placemats.
